The Process of Evaluating Dairy Processing Plant Standards Continues in Bucak District

The process of 'Certification of Dairy Processing Facilities According to Agricultural and Livestock Sector Standards' has been initiated by our center. In this context, Zerenler Dairy Products Industry and Trade Limited Company located in Bucak District was evaluated on-site. University faculty members and Zerenler Enterprise Food Engineer Ersin DERE accompanied the evaluation process. The process, which started with an opening meeting, ended with the evaluation of the facility's compliance with the standards of "Facility Structure and Design", "Hygiene" and "Recording and Control" and then concluded with a closing meeting.
