Evaluation and Certification Process of Milk Processing Plants Has Started

The process of 'Certification of Dairy Processing Facilities According to Agricultural and Livestock Sector Standards' has been initiated by our center. In this context, Duranlar Süt Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, located in Bucak District, was evaluated on-site. University faculty members, Duranlar İşletmesi production manager Mehmet DUMLU, and assistant manager Ramazan BİÇER accompanied the evaluation process. The process, which started with an opening meeting, ended with the evaluation of the facility's compliance with the standards of "Facility Structure and Design," "Hygiene," and "Record and Control," followed by a closing meeting. Additionally, the new production facilities, which will be operational soon, were visited and inspected under the guidance of Mehmet DUMLU.

If the criteria are met and the conditions are satisfied as a result of the evaluation, an "Operational Compliance Certificate" will be issued to the existing facility.
